Association Information

Founded on November 4th, 1997 Snowcreek V Fairway Homes II Owners Association is one of the largest homeowners associations in Mammoth lakes, California. The neighborhood is part of the fifth phase of the Snowcreek development built by the Dempsey Construction Corporation, and known locally as Snowcreek V.

There are two Homeowners Associations in Snowcreek V. Fairway 1 includes unit numbers 700-745, 836-907 and 908-939. Fairway 2 includes unit numbers 746-823 and 940-1007. The buildings seem to have been numbered as they were built. Strangely, units 824-835 are missing. Real estate developer, The Chadmar Group, owns the land that Snowcreek V's entry road runs through. They are primarily responsible for its maintenance and snow removal.

A five member Board of Directors governs the Fairway 2. Board members are volunteers elected by the owners from their ranks. In the HOA's twenty four year history, we have had three Presidents; Jack Oswald, Ted Stern, and Pat Ellingsworth.
